This policy explains what personal information INDIA PACK collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors anywhere in the world, including the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
India Pack is a sourcing intermediary for flexible packaging. We are based in India, which means your information is processed in India. If you are located in the EU or UK, see Section 9 for how this affects you.
1. Information we collect
We collect information in two ways: what you give us directly, and what is gathered automatically when you browse.
Information you give us. When you submit a request for a quote or use a contact form, we collect the details you enter. This typically includes your name, business email address, company name, and the product specifications or sourcing requirements you describe. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our analytics providers collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages you view, and how you arrived at the site. This is gathered through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).
We do not ask for or intentionally collect sensitive personal data such as government ID numbers, financial account details, or health information through this website. Please do not submit such information through our forms.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your quote requests and inquiries, and prepare sourcing proposals
- Communicate with you about your request and our services
- Send newsletters and updates, where you have opted in
- Operate, maintain, and improve the website
- Understand how visitors use the site so we can make it more useful

We do not sell your personal information.

- Business transfer. If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
When we source on your behalf, we share the product specifications relevant to your request with vetted manufacturers. We do not share your contact details with manufacturers without your agreement.
5. Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files placed on your device. We use:
- Essential cookies that are needed for the site to function.
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics and Tag Manager) that help us measure and understand site usage.
- Marketing pixels that may be used to measure the performance of our campaigns.

- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Receive a copy of your information in a portable format

9. International data transfers
India Pack is based in India, and information you submit is processed there. If you are located in the EU, UK, or another region with data protection laws, your information will be transferred to and processed in India, which may not provide the same level of legal protection as your home country. By using this site and submitting information, you understand that your information will be processed in India. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for such transfers.
10. Children's privacy
This website is intended for business users and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
